prstat -a works like top command.


check Total physical memory:

# prtdiag -v | grep Memory

prtconf |grep -i "memory size"
Memory size: 1024 Megabytes


prtdiag gives:
System Configuration:  Sun Microsystems  sun4v SPARC Enterprise T5120
Memory size: 1024 Megabytes
